The E Mamana Ou Gataifale II expedition will explores deep-sea habitats around American Samoa in collaboration and consultation with the National Marine Sanctuary of American Samoa (NMSAS) and other partners, providing data needed from deep ocean areas to infom resource management and conservation priorities.

They discuss various sea creatures, the biologist's experiences, and the importance of ocean conservation. The interactive session includes hands-on activities, fostering curiosity and understanding about marine biology.
